PAW-SAVERS should be applied to a dry paw. For optimal use, also trim the long hair between paw pads. Using one PAW‑SAVER at a time, simply peel the paper tab to expose the adhesive on the PAW‑SAVER.
Holding the dog’s paw in one hand, apply the PAW‑SAVER with the sticky adhesive side to the dog’s paw pad as close to the nails as possible (without touching the nail). The nail should be exposed and NOT covered by the paw pad. Starting near the nails, push the PAW‑SAVER firmly onto the dog’s paw pad, sliding down to the end of the paw pad. The paw-pad should be covered at this point.
See Diagram below. If the PAW‑SAVER does not cover correctly please check the size of your dog with our size system. PAW‑SAVERS are best when used one time and removed/discarded after your dog’s walk. Do not leave PAW‑SAVERS on indoors. The dog may attempt to remove them, so to avoid risk of ingesting the dog owner/guardian should remove them.
If you wish to re-use the PAW‑SAVERS, do not discard the paper tabs. After removing the PAW‑SAVERS simply carefully re-apply the paper tab to the PAW‑SAVER.
